The movements connect heart and mind with body and breath allowing energy to flow through you with abundance. To move free and flow through life thereby experiencing all the beauty, joy, and happiness life has to offer is a gift you deserve. FLO is the culmination of 40+ years of life and professional experience delivered to you with a simple and straightforward purpose: to provide you unconditionally with knowledge and guidance in the areas of health, fitness, and wellness through the teaching of movements. 

FLO blends philosophies of Qi Gong, Yoga, Exercise Science and Joint Restoration. These psychophysical movements work to put your mind more in tune with your body in order to improve your overall wellbeing. The movements follow the rhythm of the breath – bringing in and letting go. Moving the body as one reminds our system to work in harmony – to integrate not isolate. This creates a foundation for everyday healthy living, peace, and balance.
