My Story

Have you ever felt something is missing but it is close?

Flowing water never stagnates. Hinges of an active door never rust. This is what personally led me to begin these movements.   My Qi Gong teacher found my body too stiff and rigid like an oak tree. She warned that when the storm comes in it could lead to breakdown. The key to a vital life is to be soft and supple as well as strong and resilient like bamboo. This allows you to let go and flow with the stressors of life.

It’s Stephen’s life. FLO can also be an acronym representing Freedom, Love and Oneness. Every day is a new day to strive in life to a new and truer freedom, a greater love inside and for others, and a shared oneness with all. FLO is who Stephen is and who he strives to be.
